(Higher value orders may be upgraded to Express with no extra charge to you)

We process orders right up to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday and have a 2pm cut off to allow for busy periods. Orders placed AFTER 2pm Monday to Friday may NOT be despatched on the day of order.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are despatched Mondays.
Orders may also show as dispatched during the weekend (during busy periods) to ensure everything leaves us on a Monday Night
What time do packages get delivered UK?
Delivery times. Deliveries to UK recipients in UK zones are usually made between 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday, depending on the service selected.

OUTSIDE OF THE UK? We have temporarily suspended shipping outside of the UK (via post) until we can find a cost effective and reliable service.
You can still Contact Us for a Carriage Quote but it will be via an Express Courier and likely costs of £25 upwards
(depending on size of order)

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 3 business days of the date of your order.
Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, although at busy times we may process your order over a weekend but it still will not ship out until the Monday following.

The manufacturing process normally takes place last thing in the day so please don’t panic if your order doesn’t show as dispatched until late afternoon, it will meet the post deadline and be sent on day of order.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
